Who we are
Four disciplines, one room.
Anyone buying a hospitality business starts with the numbers. We read them too, line by line. But the numbers stay quiet on the things that actually decide whether a project will live: the building, the licence, the concept, the team that runs the floor at eleven on a Saturday night.
That is why TerraPrima was founded by architects, developers, lawyers and hospitality operators working as a single entity. Not one firm for development, another for opening and a third for management, but one responsibility that runs through the entire life of a project.
We are selective by design. We take on the projects that align with our vision, our ethics and our standards, and we give each one the attention that selectivity makes possible.
